Making Your Sanitation Plan Worthwhile
After graduating from Cal Poly in 2000 with a BS in Food Science, I entered the chemical manufacturing industry as a food safety specialist. Since then I have spent the past 20+ years learning, scrubbing, and providing the best consultation and contract cleaning services to the Bay Area and more.
I am passionate about sanitation, have the highest expectations, and it shows in my work. I can easily diagnose old problems or new machines, and am extremely familiar with microbial niches and other potentially problematic areas. My philosophy is to not only train the sanitors but to train the trainers as well, to ensure the program continues to be effective after I leave.
Sanitation has always been a hands on experience for me. Because of this the service I provide is superior to my competitors. I speak Spanish, have spent more hours cleaning shoulder to shoulder with my crews, rather than sitting behind a desk. I have turned countless challenging pathogen issues into all negative results. Some programs tend to sweep things under the rug and avoid obvious issues, not with Hack’s. If you are serious about making your sanitation plan effective and worthwhile, there’s no better option than Hack’s Food Safety Specialists.
